Return and Refund Policy

14-Day Return Period

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must remain in the condition in which it was delivered, unused, and returned with its original packaging, tags and accessories, where applicable. You may inspect the item to the same extent as you would in a physical store. We may request your order number, receipt or other proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Before sending your item, contact us at mavelaniaglobal@gmail.com and provide your order number.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions explaining how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization or sent to an address other than the designated return address may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Mavelania LLC will provide a prepaid shipping label for approved returns. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Shipping costs incurred without using the return label supplied by Mavelania may not be reimbursed unless agreed to by us in writing beforehand.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs where possible. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights concerning defective, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods.

Non-Returnable Items

Clearly personalised or custom-made products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by applicable law.

This exception does not apply to products that are defective, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied.

Sale items are not excluded from returns solely because they were discounted. Gift cards may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different item is to request a return for the item you have and place a separate order after your return has been accepted.

European Union and United Kingdom Right of Withdrawal

For eligible orders delivered to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery.

To exercise this right, send a clear statement to mavelaniaglobal@gmail.com within the applicable period. You may handle the product only as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality. Where permitted by law, you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory cancellation, return, refund, legal guarantee or other consumer right available under applicable law.

Order Cancellations

To request the cancellation of an order that has not yet been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible at mavelaniaglobal@gmail.com.

Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once preparation or shipping has started. If the order has already been dispatched, you may need to follow the return process described in this policy.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Where required by applicable law, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded. Any additional cost paid for express or upgraded delivery may not be refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery.

Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account. If more than 14 days have passed since we approved your refund and it has not been issued, contact us at mavelaniaglobal@gmail.com.
